Monitor the same channel at several points, from the head-end and encryption through the CDN edge to the last mile. The fault origin report compares them and shows whether an error came from the source, the network or the delivery. That ends the finger-pointing between your provider, your CDN and your team.

Which protocols do you monitor?

SRT, HLS, DASH, UDP/RTP (unicast and multicast), RIST and HTTP transport streams.

Do I need to install anything?

No. We monitor from the cloud. For channels inside your own network, a small remote probe runs at your site.

How fast are alerts?

Faults are measured every minute, and alerts go out as soon as a fault crosses the limits you set.

Can you show where an error comes from?

Yes. With monitoring at more than one point, the fault origin report shows whether the source, the network or the delivery caused it.

Can my customers see their own channels?

Yes, through a customer view and API keys limited to their channels.
