The geographical location and climate conditions of our teleports in Cyprus, in combination with our extensive satellite dish farm infrastructure, enable us to provide reliable reception from over 50 satellites and access to more than 25,000 video and audio channels across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, with coverage from 30°W to 95°E. Our focus on service availability, redundancy, and customer satisfaction allows us to offer 24/7 monitoring and support services and strong Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
VenusHub is located in Cyprus, an EU country with some of the most sunny days in Europe, our teleports benefit from an average of 326 to 345 sunny days per year. This, along with our excellent satellite footprint, ensures the highest quality and variety of downlink/uplink acquisition and transmission services. Our teleports are equipped with professional receiving antennas in both C- and Ku-bands, with antenna sizes ranging from 1.2m to 7m and the flexibility to accommodate new installations at any time.

Over the years, we have observed that many entities such as Hotels, commercial building complexes and vessels, encounter significant challenges with their TV systems. Common issues include ongoing maintenance requirements, technical limitations and instability in both the internal satellite infrastructure and external content sources. These issues often compromise service quality and can negatively impact reputation and customer satisfaction.
Our professional satellite infrastructure and complete service solution addresses these challenges by providing stable access to over 30 satellites within our region. This ensures unparalleled signal quality and uptime.
In the past year, we have significantly expanded our client base and dish coverage, achieving over 40 Gbit of media capacity across Cyprus and Greece. Through our cost-effective hardware and service solution, we deliver the highest levels of quality, uptime, and flexibility to our clients. The feeds can be transcoded to the necessary quality and bitrate to bypass and bandwidth limitations.
Our signal transport service is powered by VenusHub IoT Streamer, which ensures real-time signal delivery with automatic error correction, supported by our local media servers located in our Nicosia Data Centers.
The solution is compatible with any existing infrastructure:
For setups with existing IPTV infrastructure, no additional hardware is required.
For setups with RF, DVB-T (antenna), or DVB-C (cable) systems, the service can integrate seamlessly using either existing equipment or a new RF modulator, which we can provide if necessary.
Currently, the service supports around 300 channels, with plans to add more based on customer requests. We offer content tailored to customer’s needs from several countries, including the UK, Greece, Poland, Israel, Italy, Germany, Russia, France, and beyond. Channel selections can be adjusted at any time to meet your specific needs from the web interface dashboard.
