Welcome to VenusHub. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VenusHub website (venushub.eu), API, and video infrastructure services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

VenusHub provides professional cloud-based video transcoding, global CDN delivery, and cloud DVR storage. Our services are powered by proprietary, high-efficiency infrastructure integrated with dedicated renewable energy sources to ensure sustainable and reliable operations.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service.

  • Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.

3. Acceptable Use and Content Responsibility

  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you, or your end customers, upload, stream, or store through the Service.

  • No Monitoring Obligation: VenusHub does not pre-screen or monitor content. We assume no responsibility or liability for any content uploaded by you or your end users.

  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to use VenusHub for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes illegal acts.

  • Infrastructure Protection: You may not attempt to interfere with the performance or security of our GPU clusters or circumvent any billing mechanisms.

4. Content Rights and Indemnification

  • No Liability for Rights: VenusHub has no responsibility for verifying the ownership or licensing rights of the content processed through our infrastructure. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses for all content used.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VenusHub and its parent entities from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from intellectual property disputes or copyright infringements related to content uploaded under your account.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Pricing: Service fees are based on the rates specified on venushub.eu (e.g., $0.005/min for transcoding and €5/TB for CDN).

  • Billing: You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment or failed automated settlements.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim for high-performance reliability consistent with Tier III digital infrastructure standards. While we strive for 99.95% uptime, maintenance of our renewable energy systems or network transitions may occasionally occur. We are not liable for outages caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the video and audio content you upload. By using the Service, you grant VenusHub a limited license to process and distribute your content solely as required to provide the requested services.

  • Our Platform: All rights to the VenusHub API, website, and proprietary transcoding algorithms are owned by VenusHub and its parent entities.

8. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is a priority. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU regulations. Our facilities utilize advanced monitoring and access controls to ensure the physical and digital security of your data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, infringes upon third-party rights, or threatens the integrity of our infrastructure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VenusHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or the content hosted therein. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cyprus.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
